Sam is the founder and head trainer at Bio Bean. He is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist with over 10 years of experience helping people reach their fitness goals. Sam is passionate about helping people live healthier and happier lives, and he believes that fitness is the key to achieving both.
Sam is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a certified nutritionist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Sam is a regular contributor to fitness magazines and websites, and he has been featured in several television and radio interviews. He is also the author of the book “The Bio Bean Fitness Plan.”
