    Ben is an accomplished Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the IChemE. Originally graduating from Cambridge University with a PhD in Chemical Engineering, he has a strong innovation track record in process and product development spanning over 25 years, from GlaxoSmithKline and CHEP.

    Peter has spent the last 10 years heading finance and operations teams in social businesses and funding organisations that focused on microfinance, sustainability and climate change. Before joining bio-bean Peter worked for Climate-KIC, setting up the company’s pan-European financial structure.

    Barbara spent six years at Ashurst LLP where she trained and qualified as a lawyer before moving to Linklaters LLP in 2014 where she spent four years. During her time in private practice she advised a wide range of clients on the corporate, financing, construction, procurement and regulatory aspects of large scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Arthur is UCL’s Entrepreneur in Residence & a Visiting Lecturer at Imperial College London & UCL.

    Paul Taylor
    Paul has more than 25 years' experience in the energy industry and was previously the Group Commercial Director at Drax Group plc where he was a member of the Group Executive Committee and Chairman of Drax’s retail businesses, Haven Power and Billington Bioenergy. Prior to joining Drax, Paul worked for TXU Europe and Powergen (latterly E.ON UK). Paul retired from full time employment in 2015.
