We’re Hiring – Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a talented, proactive, and organised individual with a passion for marketing and a broad skillset to join our marketing team. You’ll be assisting in delivering our marketing strategy and communications across our recycling service and products. It’s an exciting opportunity in a diverse role with plenty of opportunities for growth. The role will report directly to our Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Fielding inbound enquiries
  • Responding to product reviews
  • Supporting in the production of marketing materials and literature
  • Website and contact database management
  • Monitor and assist in brand compliance, both internally and externally
  • Data collection and analysis from our digital channels
  • Conducting research and market analysis to inform strategy and campaigns
  • Cross-collaboration with our sales team
  • Assisting the Head of Marketing with management of partner agencies and freelancers
  • Assistance with the organisation and logistics for bio-bean presence at ad hoc tradeshows and industry events, including any follow-up campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Keeping abreast of industry news and developments to feed into marketing strategy

Preferred skills:

  • Marketing experience (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Previous experience in website management, email campaigns and customer service will be required
  • Experience in using both Canva and Adobe creative software required
  • Ideally has an eye for design
  • Some experience in event management and coordinating print production preferred
  • Confident in engaging and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Impeccable attention to accuracy and detail
  • Proficient across Microsoft Office
